Valeo Resources was formed by a team of seasoned professionals in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. From the management team to the recruiters, all have an extensive industry background and are experts in their particular specialty. Each of our teams focus in their specialty area and, in most cases, handle the full life cycle of the placement process. Rob Murphy has recruiting in his blood. His grandfather founded Nurses PRN, a national nurse staffing agency, in Miami, FL in the early 1970’s and his parents started the Palm Beach County branch in the mid 80’s. Rob has quite literally grown up in a staffing office and was managing a team of applicant sourcing agents while completing his High School education.
After earning his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from the University of Central Florida, Rob went to work for national executive search firm COD Group. Rob spent his time at COD building a prosperous Healthcare recruitment division from the ground up and rose through the ranks quickly, eventually being promoted to Branch Manager. In 2011, Rob founded Valeo Resources, LLC with the mission of elevating the level of client service he saw lacking among Healthcare staffing firms. By applying the tools and teachings of some of the best headhunting firms in the business, and assembling a powerful team of leaders and recruiters, Rob has built a platform of service that far exceeds what was previously available to the Healthcare space. Today, Valeo Resources utilizes the most advanced technologies to maintain time efficiency, client service and candidate quality, all while delivering at a competitive price point.

Chase comes from a finance background out of the University of Central Florida. On return to his hometown of Ponta Vedra Beach he took an opportunity as a sales associate where he quickly ranked to Logistics Operations by driving sales from $900k to over $2mm. After taking on a new territory and establishing a successful branch it was time to move on. It was time to start a career, somewhere that was meaningful to him. Now, helping to build an organization like Valeo Behavioral Health he has earned the title of Director of Talent Acquisition. Every day he gives an almost unhealthy availability through his drive and passion. He has a true discipline when leading his team to deliver the quality of success for not only his clients but also his candidates.
Eric Stuertz was born, raised and spent a majority of his life living in the Midwest before moving to Florida in 2013. He graduated from Eastern Illinois University with his MBA in 2006 and initially started his career working in Information Technology. Realizing that his passion was working with people, Eric began his career in recruiting in early 2010.
Eric started his career with Valeo in August 2014, showing value for the company right away. He quickly moved into a Team Lead / Account Director role, where he has developed great relationships with candidates and clients. Eric prides himself in meeting and exceeding expectations with anyone that he is working with.
